As part of the central air conditioning inspection, our skilled technicians will thoroughly inspect and clean, as needed, seven critical sub-systems including:
- Blower motor
- Blower wheel
- Blower belts
- Air filter (only standard filters replaced)
- Condensate pump
- Condensate drain
- Condenser coil
Our technicians will also check electric connections, refrigerant lines and proper system operations:
- Lubricate all moving parts as needed.
- Check voltage and amperage draw.
- Inspect thermostat operation with a test run.
